Senior Training Executive

We are looking for an experienced training and development executive to build an effective organizational training plan, implement and evaluate Talent Development program, Succession planning, etc. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build and develop talents for company. Besides, you are offer opportunity to manage Performance system.

1. Training & Development
• Prepare Training plan by identifying and assessing current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness.
• Coordinate and directly participate in the development of competency frameworks, and career development paths for positions.
• Propose the application of new training methods to the subjects to ensure training effectiveness.
• Plan and implement Talent Development program, Succession planning, E-learning.
• Conduct training courses and do all training reports.
2. Performance management
• Maintain and propose improvement for performance appraisal management
• Conduct KPI review and performance appraisal
3. Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO

*** Education:
• College/University graduated or equivalent
3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources, in which 3 years in training

• Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Presentation & training skill
• Time management skill

• Result oriented
• Team player
*** Language skills:
• Good at English communication
