Senior UI/UX Designer

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborating with our agile development team
• User research and user story mapping
• Translating user experiences into low to hi-fi wireframe workflows and interactive prototypes and testing these with users
• Making fluid and deliberate design decisions informed by knowledge in both web and mobile technologies
• Implementing and maintaining design systems
• Proactively time-managing tasks

2. REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERTISE 
Must have

• 3+ years of UI/UX Design experience
• Have experience designing in Fintech/Securities Product is plus
• Solid knowledge in UI design patterns and user-centered design methodologies
• Expertise in converting ideas into briefs and then into designs.
• An expert in design tools including Figma, XD, Zeplin, and Creative Suite
• A strong understanding of current industry tools, and trends; and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies as relevant
• Previous start-up exposure would be advantageous

• Self-motivated, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and grow with the role.
• Effective communication skills to present complex subjects clearly and coherently to other functional departments and coordinate other cross-functional stakeholders.
• High learning agility and a real passion for Product design, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
• High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
• High responsibility and diligence.
