Senior/Lead UI UX Designer

DIAG is a modern, technology-driven diagnostic laboratory. We are looking to provide our customers and partners (doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers) with cutting-edge user-focused digital experiences. As UX/UI designer in DIAG, you’ll have an opportunity to work on a variety of healthech products, serving the needs of internal and external customers. You’ll be able to work with different target audiences, utilize and practice a broader set of design skills and approaches to deliver great solutions that are expected to contribute significantly to the growth of the business.

Oversee the variety of design projects, ensure design and user experience consistency across the product portfolio
Experience managing a small design team and being involved in the recruitment process is a plus
Work as an individual contributor as well as part of the team if required
Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs, and UI details
Use any tool necessary (wireframes, prototypes, images, sketches) to generate solutions and communicate your ideas.
Work with the product team to build concepts, prototypes, and final designs to improve existing products and bring new concepts to life.
Conduct user studies including communication with clients/customers to better understand their needs. Transform the knowledge into design solutions that will support product goals.

Good proficiency in English
4+ years of related experience in web and mobile UX/UI design
Experience designing complex multi-module systems
Experience with Figma
A team player
A sense for prioritization and being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A portfolio with visually appealing, and well explained UX/UI interactions
A solid knowledge of design fundamentals and design processes and being able to put them into practice
Being able to make reasoned decisions and provide an explanation that supports the solution
