Service Desk Officer

The position shall provide high-quality support services of critical systems such as Core Finnance System, Finnone and other applications to ensure effective and smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
Work in shift-time, rearrange schedule weekly, monthly based on business requirements
Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Perform troubleshooting and provide production supports for operational problems encountered in business applications ( My Finnance, Home, v.v...), around 20 applications.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) , Wifi , email .
Provide prompt support of Core Finnance System, Finnone and other application systems.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Assist in documenting and updating of technical manual.

Education/Qualification

Relevant Bachelor/ College Degree

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in development and support of financial system applications.
Familiar with Windows & Linux Operating Systems, MS SQL, MySQL , Oracle.
