Service Manager

Contact directly with Customer to verify project requirements
Maintain the Customer&039;s satisfaction
Work with project management team and ensure all information be synchronized to team to run the project smoothly
Coordinate with HR to recruit production staff
Receive the project requirement from other Department (Business Development or Marketing), do the analysis, work with other Department (Technology, HR, Finance) and propose the best solution for Customer
Do proposal and presentation to Customer if required
Mentor and build a good and available team for project scale up
Report to and work under assignment of Operation Manager
Do the quotation
Make plan and implement projects
Signing service contracts and tracking renewal in accordance with regulations
Do improvement on the project to increase the productivity
Monitor and support the Project Team when issues raising and be responsible to solve the problems
Coordinate with Technology Dept. to build the project&039;s workflow which is productive and sufficient to both Customer

Excellent in customer service and timely communication
English in advanced level (four skills)
Ability to work independently, in group and can work under high pressure
Project management experience is a strong plus
At least 2-years experiences in similar position
Negotiation skills to communicate and discuss with Client about project requirements
Strong skills in creating project documentations, reporting, and update and monitor them
Decision making skill, can analyze the information and data
Knowledge and experience in data processing or information technology is a plus
