Service Manager/ Deputy Service Manager cum Technician

This position is responsible for managing the service workshop and work as a Technician.
Job title: Service Manager/ Deputy Service Manager cum Technician
• Ensure the workshop is always clean and presentable to customers
• Manage warranty claims
• Manage customer complains related to technical issues
• Manage Pre Delivery Inspections
• Ensure workshop and parts personal is qualified to perform work
• Manage and update workshop equipment and tools
• Manage mobile workshop
• Workshop and spare parts performance reporting
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Manage after sales trainings
• After Sales staff management
• Manage workshop and spare part warehouse
• Control spare parts and workshop material inventory
• Manage customer database
• Manage accessories sales and inventory
• Formulate and achieve workshop and parts targets

• Bachelor degree
• Fluent English
• Ability to communicate with staff
• Minimum 1 year experience in management role
• Candidate with A2 license is preferred
• Minimum 5 years motorcycle technical experience
Work place: Da Nang
