Business Development / Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to team in Key account management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is consistently achieved
- Support the design and execution of all marketing campaigns, leads generation and management activities
- Participant in Sales visits to key customers to build customer relationship and be their preferred vendor
Technical Advisory and Service Advocate
- Provide required support in interaction with customers’ engineering teams to effectively illustrate MT’s Service value proposition
- Lead and take charge of negotiations where necessary to ensure a win-win agreement with customers
- Provide expert advice and guidance on service Mettler Toledo value for potential/existing customers
- Provide support and guidance to the team at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc
- Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
Service Standards and Customer Relationship Management
- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions, meeting regulatory compliance standards and productivity improvements
- Monitor maintenance of records of customer communication and sales activity in the CRM system
- Work with Service Sales Team, Inside Sales as well as Tele Sales to prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents
People Development and Management
- Manage performance and development of team to maximize sales performance of division
- Take charge of recruitment and ensure effective induction for new team members, monitoring ongoing performance needs
- Encourage Sales team member to continuously develop knowledge of local market conditions to identify trends and make appropriate/innovative recommendations to improve and enhance product performance and drive the business forward
Service Product
- Compliance: Calibration, Performance Verification Certificate
- Expertise: User Training Course
- Performance: Preventive Maintenance Contract
- Up Time: Selling Spare Part Kit

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications
- Education: Degree in any discipline preferably in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry Environmental Science,
- Solid understanding of maintenance and reliability practices in an industrial
- Understanding of different maintenance philosophies and practices
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in a sales environment with extensive supervision experience.
- Solid understanding consultancy business with regards to different reliability solutions (includes products and services).
- Knowledge these industrial standard: ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice or HACCP is advantage.
- English: Verbal/Written Communication
- Computer skills: Ms. Office
