Service Sales Manager

- Prepare and implement service sales plan to achieve the sales target. Required to do service sales with support from service sales engineer, technical support dept., workshop technician and product sales team.

- Manage, support and supervise the implementation of Service Order/Service Agreement to ensure Company’s standard about progress, time, cost, quality and to satisfy customer

- Establish service price, service term, marketing tools and others needed for services sales.

- Build up, manage and train/coach the Service Sales Team

- Other assignments related to services sales as directed by Line Manager

• Age from 30 up to 45.


• Bachelor/ Master in Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical or related fields.


• Minimum of 5 years in services sales for the Oil & Gas industry, Petrochemical, Power Generation, especially in selling control valves, or automation or power generation. Prefer candidates with experiences in workshop/ hands-on services.


• Fluent in Vietnamese and English in both writing and speaking


• Must be confident in dealing with customers at all levels


• Proven track record in people management and leadership skills


• Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.


• Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills


• Ability to work in a team or independently.


• Character: dynamic, open minded, honest and responsible
