About The Role

The successful candidate will join the Service team and be responsible for training Service Technicians on the maintenance, repair, and diagnosis of industry leading forklifts.

Duties And Responsibilities

Provide coaching and support to service technicians
Assist with the development of staff by providing product and technical training for the service branches
Monthly training performance reporting to management
Ensure timely maintenance of training records
Manage training resources as required

Skills And Experience

High level of technical and electrical knowledge
Previous training experience will be highly regarded (2- 3 years of experience)
Materials handling or Automotive Industry experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Poses moderate computer and technology experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate for this position will be customer and people focused, demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills and will have previous experience within a training environment.
Good English skills, especially in reading skills to understand documents.
