Service Training Staff (In Charge Of Dealers Operation Standard)

Job Descriptions:
Dealer Operation Standard (DOS) Material Development/Implementation at Dealer (in terms of Service)
- Planning & managing:
• The DOS basic for new Dealer based on plan
• The DOS advanced implementation
- Monitoring the performance of the Dealers, support inquiries
- Update the comments of Dealers to develop DOS materials.
Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Analysis Implementation
- Meeting with the relevant departments to analyze and find out the root cause and unity improvement actions
- Choosing feasible & key actions that can improve CSI to propose for Quick Action implementation
- Implementing Industry survey FY22 annually to tracking the brand CSI score
- Implement the action plan with key stake holder for CSI score improvement
- Analyzing raw data to find weaknesses that make our customer unsatisfied
Dealer Quality Evaluation
- Planning to visit Dealer for quarterly evaluation for dealer quality improvement
- Implementing Dealer quality evaluation schemes
Customer Relation Management (CRM) & Customer Mobile Application
- Make sure the CRM Service system is applied and input correctly by the Dealer
- Implementing the CRM service & Customer mobile application training to Dealer
Summarizing and reporting the results for all above-mentioned tasks.

Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree (Engineer in Automotive, Marketing/Business)
- Knowledge: Automobile products, automotive industry
- Experience: 03 years of Automotive Training/Service Area Management
- Mandatory skills:
• Training skills
• English (fluent communication, good at writing and reading)
• PC skills (MS office, Power point, etc.)
