Shift Leader II (Trưởng Ca Sản Xuất II)

*** Range of Responsibilities and authorities:
Realization of production process
- Controlling product quality during production process.
- Reporting non-conformities to Quality engineer or line manager.
- Supervision of good workmanship by operators
- Preparing products for shipment.
- Managing and care of production materials.
- Supervision of production batches
- Maintaining transducer and production knowledge and production skills.
- Organizing resources (workforce, material, equipment).
Managing employees.
- Planning, organizing and controlling of the operator’s work.
- Conducting training and briefing on the production line.
- Supervision of abiding the regulations.
- Ensuring safety and hygiene in the production line.
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations. Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001 where required.
Other tasks assigned by superiors
Conducting periodical appraisal.
Co-operation with departments supporting production (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics, Human Resources).
*** Entitlements:
Instructing operators and work division.
Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS-ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS-ISO45001.
Access to personal data (of operators).

Education:
- Preferable: Or Fresh graduate with strong potential to learn and grow.
- Required: Vocational School or High School and leading a production team at least 6 months experience
Professional knowledge of:
- Required: Basic understanding of ISO systems: Must go through the ISO awareness training which is part of orientation program for all new hire.
- Preferable:
+ Familiar with electronics products and manufacturing process
+ Basic understanding of ISO systems:
Must go through the ISO awareness training which is part of orientation program for all new hire.
Understand that employees have to perform according to SBS which was built according to the ISO systems.
Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed)
Knowledge of computer servicing:
- Required: Can use Microsoft Office
- Preferable: Dynamics/ERP (preferable)
Knowledge of foreign languages: Base on requirements defined below.
