Site Engineer (CSA)

- Supervise site works to ensure the related construction works meet requirements in terms of specifications and quality.
- Plan the related construction works and reports on progress.
- Prepare and maintain related project documentation.
- General correspondence.
- Work under the Construction Manager not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the project items.
- Be responsible for site scheduling, coordination of safety and execution where required by the Construction Manager.
- Be responsible for the quality inspection works, including external works.
- Ensure that all construction works are compliant with contract specifications, procedures, design and authorities’ requirements.
- Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the payment volume for the Construction Team, Subcontractors, Suppliers and transfer to QS Engineer.
- Highlight and resolve issues affecting time, cost and quality of the construction works.
- Check and review of shop drawings, RFI, RFA, Method Statement where required.
- Carry out daily site supervision and sitework checking.
- In charge of handover work for assigned project(s).
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Construction Manager.

- Bachelor degree in Civil & Architect Engineering or equivalent.
- Fair command of English
- Good skills in Construction Softwares, MS Office, Reporting
- Strong knowledge about structure and finishing work
- Willingness to work at construction site on a daily basis.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations in industrial factory construction field
- High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and also team work.
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic working environment.
- Previous experience working in multicultural project teams in an expatriate environment in Asia would be a plus
- Honesty, loyalty and dedication are a must
