Site Expansion Executive

Site Expansion Executive is responsible for developing the business side of an organization. He must identify rise business opportunities and build long-term relationships with landlords. That is needed in order to expand company business size and maximize profits for the company.
Site development strategy
- Propose strategy for site development and sourcing activities for B’s Mart formats in line with business strategy.
- Conduct research into the suitability of potential sites for B’s Mart and make recommendations to Business Development Manager.
Site development
- Check sites and criteria.
- Propose often number of sites for B&039;s Mart for company’s fast growth and expansion.
- Manage sale projection & feasibility study activities for new store.
- Follow up and support store process.
Team activities management
- Manage license applications on behalf of the Company.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing landlords and to conduct negotiations with them in line with business strategy.
- Manage contract completion activities such as lease agreements, tenancy agreements etc.
- Manage existing leases and tenancy agreements, including contract renewal requirements.

- Have good network and relation with agents.
- Strong knowledge and management skills in rent service market in HCM City with 2-3 year experience.
- Strategic and logic thinking.
- English communication and reporting.
- Team management.
- Friendly and good communication and negotiation.
