First level support to IT incident, request, create and follow up tickets in ServiceNow in Hung Yen factory and north distribution centers, depots
Manage site&039;s infrastructure and IT assets
Manage IT assets: hardware, PCs, device, hand over IT assets to users.
Accountable of the Security and Compliance Index and ISMS
Lead security team and accountable of the security performance in La Vie
Perform IT related tasks assigned by IT Supervisor, cover other Site IT remotely when neccessary

&039;1. Certificate in related field with 3-year experiences.
Good Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2016 (including Visio, Project, OneNote
Understand basic concept of ITIL especially IT Infrastructure management system process
Other emerging technology i.e. Mobility, Wi-fi, FM200, Central UPS, etc.
Network, wireless troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016
Can communicate IT related topics in English both speaking and writing.
Cisco IP Phone
Good Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive…)
Printer troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Hardware and Software
