Mô tả công việc

  • Upkeep and maintain client relationship
  • Overall site management from commencement to handover of projects
  • Ensure project workmanship and schedule meet client requirements
  • Ensure team communication on same page so that project flow is smooth and goals met
  • Ensure project cost control to ensure budget is met
  • Conduct team project debrief after each project to ensure better project flow in future similar project
  • Coaching and motivate team so that they will perform better
  • Understand team members problem
  • Reporting directly to the Director
  • Obtain quotations from subcontractors and/or suppliers
  • Work location: Depending on the project

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Completed a course in design or construction / or similar
  • Sound knowledge of Interior Fit Out and Site Management.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels and prepared to perform related duties as needed by Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, determine priorities and organise work to meet objectives and identify and deal with problems
