S&M Coordinator

- To constantly check filing/tracing system and advise on improvement.
- To disseminate hotel information (by mail) to regional sales offices and other Banyan Tree hotels and outside guests as needed.
- To handle routine correspondences, i.e., letters/fax/printing daily reports/typing welcome cards/inquires, for DOSM/ Sales and Marcom
manager.
- Responsible for related duties and special projects as assigned by DOSM/ Sales and Marcom manager.
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations through prompt response and helpful attitude.
- To develop and maintain a close working relationship with the staff at all levels within the Sales & Marketing Division.
- To remind colleagues to conduct jobs with concern for the environment and resources by reducing the use of items and recycling whenever appropriate.
