SOCIAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALLIST

- Make sure compliance of the Company to all local legal laws on Labor laws, Environment, Security, Safety, Fire-fighting, .
- Make sure to comply with policies, Company regulation
- Make sure compliance with regulation and requirements from Customer (EHS, CTPAT, SCAN)
- Cooperating with Heads of department, Team Leaders and guiding to relevant departments to make sure compliance with regulation, guidance of Company, including: Code of Conduct, Internal policies and local laws
- Carry out regularly internal audit: Insider Company, audit to suppliers/sub-contractors of Company; Managing and reporting all findings during audits to Head of department and/or Company Management
- Regularly inspect and update all relavant documents, records regarding to local laws and Company regulations
- Implementing orientation training on compliance (Safety, Health, Medical, policies, Work ethics and other requirements) for new comers
- Update all policies, legal requirement, ethics and compliance laws
- Well prepare documents, records for coming Customer audit)
- Making CAP report for Customer (in English version)
- Other assignments

- Have strong knowledge of local law on social compliance ( HR, HSE, SAFETY...)
- Have experience on CTPATH, SCAN, Customes audit - Wellcome customer audits
- Work at same position in 01 year at least- Understand to make SCAN audit
