Social Content Specialist - Ho Chi Minh

Mainly be in charge of Social Content Planning to meet standards requested by Campaign, including:
• Working with Campaign Planners and other function teams to well-prepare content plan for each campaign
• Localised materials (copywrite & translate/ translation review): product information, tagline, text copy, website, POSM, other global materials
• Synchronizing campaign materials from global to local hub
• Support other departments to review and generate content in order to ensure consistent content quality throughout the campaign
• Key content – working with creative agency/ production house/ internal production team to develop social marketing campaigns
Support launch event’s content – working with Event agency to prepare KV, POSM, event flow, MC script… under Campaign Planner’s guidance
Be in charge of administration of Content part: contract/ invoice/ payment/ P.O routing and processing, logistic execution for production, file organization and optimization, Content’s assets management, budget preparation, and expense reporting

• Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Languages, Communication or the equivalent
• Minimum two years content production related experience required
• Proactive self-starter requiring minimal supervision, but also works well on team
• Chinese skills is an advantage
• Good sense at content marketing, trend catching, copywriting and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects with competing priorities to the highest standards in a timely manner while remaining flexible and having fun
• Accurate and impeccable attention to detail
• Proficient with English skills
