Social Media Executive

•Own all social strategies and collaborate with all stakeholders across the clients’ organization and internally to craft compelling content to drive product awareness/adoption and community engagement.
•Coordinate with the creatives to execute the content plan (already built out by the digital planner), scheduling and posting the content on clients social media accounts, community management, and managing KOL partnerships for the client as and when needed.
•Develop and publish engaging content to build brand and product awareness to our clients’ social media communities.
•Must be able to develop and design relevant content as well as work with the design team on the graphic design and visuals to support overall digital strategy.
•Develop processes for the effective and efficient assignment, collection, and publishing of digital content from internal collaborators (editorial type role). Ensure consistent “voice" of all online content.
•Ensure all social media platforms for assigned clients are updated and maintained consistently.
•Implement Social Listening program and develop supporting analysis/ reporting.
•Develop campaigns to acquire new followers across our clients’ social media platforms.
•Attend special company events and publish content to share with our followers.
•Monitor and evaluate competitor activity in the social and digital space to adapt and modify short- and long-term programs as needed in alignment with company objectives.
•Ability to utilize editorial background with marketing experience to create, improve and optimize digital and social content
