Mô tả công việc

Main point of contact between Pacific Cross Vietnam and Pacific Cross Group IT stakeholders oversea

Learn company’s current insurance administration practices in order to help maintain and enhance existing systems(Core insurance administration system, CRM, DMS, Payment system,...) and develop new systems

Work with all departments in the company to gather and write business requirements

Participate in product prototyping, mock-up, and GUI design.

Participate in User Acceptance Test when needed to ensure the business requirements are met

Create user guides, help content, etc.

Willing to learn new IT technologies, trends and best practices and share knowledge with colleagues

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT is preferred

Must have at least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: business analysis /system analysis/ business application development

Must have strong communication skills, proven English writing and speaking abilities (must be able to write clearly and accurately).

Detail-oriented and accurate

Experience in complex software systems is a plus

Experience in making reports using SQL or other IT techniques is a plus but not mandatory
