Software Development Manager

Go2Joy is a number one hourly booking application in Vietnam that allows you to easily search for accommodations around you using location information and make quick reservations, providing the largest database of 1-3 star hotels in Vietnam. In addition, we are operating a service for 5000 inventories by introducing the hourly/half-day accommodation reservation function for the first time in Vietnam.
JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for a person who can lead various projects across several teams to help create processes and execute strategies to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner, include researching and developing products, building project plan and overseeing the successful execution of projects. Ultimately, working closely with different teams to ensure projects are completed according to schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Weekly report and sudden special case
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Develop and expand the product and technology knowledge base to improve the execution efficiency.
Build and enhance a strong and capable technical team that strives for improve and develop products/ projects, ensure software is updated with latest features
Implements tools to manage all resources (internal and external)
Predict potential risks, propose backup solutions
Manage team (Frontend, Backend, test team), workload and timeline to ensure performance is properly analyzed to meet requirements, recommend improvements if required, and coordinate with cross-team to ensure product and program success
Create consistent requirements based system design and standard technical product solutions to make technical document
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the product development and professional development along with developing activities of the team including design implementation of policies, procedures, and processes

REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE:

Professional skills: Mobile (Native and Flutter), Backend (PHP, API, Clean Architecture,…), Frontend (VueJS, SSR, SEO)
Good at communication in English
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Logical, critical, analytical thinking

Education/Qualification/ Experience:

Proactive, friendly, self-motivation, teamwork, responsible person and “Can do” attitude
Experience in building and developing processes, testing, and document.
3 year experiences in a similar level in and product firm
Problem solving, communication, presentation, management skills and organized mindset
Have knowledge about Tester (Manual test and automation test).
