Software Test Engineer

We are growing our software test team future promotion opportunities will be available for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for testing both cloud native and mobile applications.
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

- Conducting system diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for continuous improvements and resolve complex software issues
- Work closely with development, product management, documentation to help deliver high quality software
- Plan and Design testing strategies for complex business solutions
- Develop test automation for assigned features
- Conduct research on new automation tools and approaches
- Participate in designing and implementing enhancements to our test frameworks

- BA in computer science or alternative suitable experience.
- 2+ years experience in a a QA/Automation role
- Experience developing test automation for both UI and API
- Excellent/fluent English
- Experience with bug tracking, testcase management systems and source control systems
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD tools and process
- Must be a strong team player, detail oriented & self-motivated.
- Knowledge of PaaS, microservices, agile methodology, containers, CI/CD, and devops to deliver an industry leading offering.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in some of the following test tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Mocha, Chai, RestAssured, MicroShed, TestContainers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office365
