Software Tester

• Participate in the project requirements analysis process;
• Design test plans, test scenarios to ensure compliance with the requirements and standards of the product;
• Perform functional testing, load testing and other testing methods to evaluate product quality;
• Search and suggest improvement and modifications to improve testing processes, quality standards and improve product quality;
• Detect, record, report, manage defects and problems related to the product during and after the testing process;
• Work closely with other product development teams to ensure testing to done fully and efficiently;
• Implement relevant reports and test documentation to ensure that information is stored and managed fully and accurately;
• Other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

• At least 01 year of experience of software testing.
• Graduated from full - time university or higher majoring in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Economics,...or ISTQB certificate at Foundation level or higher;
• Mastering the software testing process and phases;
  Proficient in using office tools (Google sheet, Google docs, Excel, Words,...);
  Proficient in product lifecycle management tools (ALM, PLM);
• Proficiency in  English;
• Careful, meticulous. Active and positive working mindset;
• Can work independently or with a team.

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of programme;
• Experience in Automation Test;
• Knowledge of ERP system;
• Having certificate of ISTQB.

Salary - Bonus

• Salary: Negotiable. Up to $1500/month + commission.
• Salary review at least twice a year.
