You will be responsible for Home Credit Vietnam Enterprise Architecture and Related Governance.
Key success indicator of this role is that technical solutions based on business requirements leverage state-of-the-art technology, follow goals of digital transformation, enable future growth, improve operational stability, keep our data and systems secure, avoid architectural antipatterns and follow both global and local IT strategy.
You will play active role in defining global and local IT strategy from architecture point of view introducing and evangelizing technology vision and architectural patterns.
Actively suggest ideas, cooperate on design and validate proposals from business departments.
You will work in virtual team with colleagues across local VN and EU headquarter involved in new business development and solution design and provide them consultancy and suggest modern tools capturing solution intent, inputs for vendor assessment and high-level systems and integration landscape.
Provide architecture and solution design consultancy to business departments.
Acquire and maintain knowledge of major business initiatives and initiatives of competitors in local market.
Cooperate with agile development, infrastructure and security teams, participate on agile rituals and maintain both-ways communication.
Establish collaborative environment including documentation and modelling tools to analyze, design and validate changes to enterprise architecture following principle of automation over manual work, people over process, continuous improvement over rigid design.
Evangelize and promote importance of non-functional requirements and right integration patterns to non-technical roles and stakeholders.
Initiate and lead execution of proof of concepts with agile teams, put results into context and evaluate feasibility and efficiency of selected solution.
Your Skills and Experience
You know UML and BPMN and you&039;re able to draw diagrams in Enterprise Architect, Archimate, Draw.io or even better tool.
You know the difference between .NET, Java, Go, Javascript language and execution environment.
You know Linux as well as Windows.
You know data visualization platforms like Tableau and PowerBI.
You speak english and you&039;re able to present complex concepts and solutions in a way that&039;s easy to understand to non-technical audience.
You know more than Oracle database - Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift,
You like to stay ahead of technology trends
You know front-end technology for web and mobile, importance of proper UX design and security considerations
You know what GIT, DevOPS, Microservices, APIs, Big Data, Serverless, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Flutter, Hadoop, Kafka, Firewall, MDM, RAID, Subnet, TCO, CBA mean (and more).
You know how to code, you have experience with hardware, infrastructure and cloud.
You can explain what is homomorphic encryption and where to use it
You know major cloud providers including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud and tools to manage hybrid cloud environments and automate deployment.
