Solution Design (Assistant Manager/Senior) - Warehouse/Transportation

Actively seek to understand and apply innovation be it facility, fleet, technology or safety to solutions
Engage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects
Develop and maintain good and effective communication across the business
Support the Solution Design team in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing business
Provide solutions/analytical support for implementation/re- engineering needs for key/strategic projects as assigned
Engage and work closely with BD and sector team on proposing solution design needs
Outline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal/customers. Participate in customer presentations where required
Championed assigned practise/solution subject matter expertise- build depths via research and application, team development & training, engagement on relevant projects
Establish optimal costing/commercialization for New/Existing business

Understanding of the End to End SC Experience
An advanced user of tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis
Fluent in English
Understanding of solution design tools, techniques and procedures
Bachelor&039;s degree / Master&039;s degree in relevant discipline
Extensive multi- sector experience
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain/logistics industry
Experience in at least one modeling / simulation tool
