Sourcing and Development Specialist

Search, contact, evaluate & develop the supplies if the potentially qualified.
Maintain relationship with key suppliers for sustainable and competitive sources of raw
Work closely with management, cooperate Sourcing & Engineering to develop & localize main & sub material
materials.
Set and work on sub material pricing structure of the company, manage the pricing and
payment terms.
Develop new products and negotiate the prices and payment terms.
Regularly monitor the material testing reports & drive process improvement initiatives to
attain increased through put & quality
Regularly update the market trends / prices / competition / legislation
Attend trade shows in Vietnam & Asia.

- Quang Ngai: Street 11, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park, Son Tinh, Quang Ngai.
- Binh Duong: No. 11, Street 6, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park II, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province
*Requirement:
Education
advantage
Required – University graduate, major in leather engineering and/or textile is an
Experience
Over 5 year experience in raw material development
Skills and Abilities
Trend conscious / awareness
Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
Strong vendor assessment skills
Fluency in written / spoken English
Professionally qualified in sub-material processing and manufacturing
