South Logistics Officer

Receives and creates customer and distributor orders

Creates the orders received from different channels (phone, email, etc.)
Ensures a reliable order setting to avoid errors in deliveries or invoices
Attends customer calls in a polite and warm way, analyses the customer demand

Advises the customers on their orders and deliveries

Understands customer needs, proposing to them the best solution to match their requirements.
Co-ordinates and transfers information to Sales team when required for complex issues
Checks order consistency and is familiar with historical data and customer agreements, to avoid unnecessary deliveries and costs
Informs customers of additional services and fees if required such as express deliveries

Organizes the deliveries to clients and distributors

Checks remote-monitored installations and trigger deliveries when needed
Checks customer orders, modifies them when needed and validates them
Optimizes the trips with a routing tool respecting safety, legal constraints and customer satisfaction

Improves the safety, quality and efficiency of the distribution

Ensures the respect of transportation regulations and AL&039;s safety standards
Identifies improvement fields by simulating new dispatch schemes with the routing tool
Monitors operational KPI for improvement and Reduces the non-quality costs
Identifies transport and delivery non-compliances and transfers them to the HSE manager
Proposes solutions and implements them in coordination with the filling station and sales team

Monitors indicators and controls the execution of distribution

Checks the consistency between transport invoices, planning and execution to make sure invoicing matches orders and execution
Analyzes gaps and works with related parties to mitigate
Exports data for monthly reporting and analysis for related departments
Controls trip return data and transport invoicing data implementation in the system

English skill: intermediate (not mandatory)
Education: Bachelor in SupplyChain/Logistics/Transportation
Working experience: 1-4 years experiences in relevant fields:Distribution;Supply Chain Administration;Customer Service
Knowledge and Knowhow specific to the job:

Masters computerized systems and environments
Has a strong knowledge in supply chain activities (logistics, route planning, tracking and systems)
Familiar with local geography and road regulations
Ability to develop relationship with customers over the phone
