Mô tả công việc

Ensure all subordinates are punctual for duty in correct uniform with name tags on at all times.
Conduct orientation program and training courses for new associates and regular "refresher" courses for existing associates
To review stock analysis report, propose strategies as well as implement the action plans in order to achieve effective stock management.
Ensure that all associates have a complete understanding of the Spa and Hotel&039;s policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.
Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
Take appropriate disciplinary action against offenders who repeatedly violate company&039;s rules and regulations, and policies and procedures.
Ensure that the facility is adequately man during peak periods and at all times.
Create and present a marketable facility, merchandise display, and program, at all times.
Liaise with Head Office, Hotel and Corporate Sales & Marketing Communication departments.
Propose associates&039; annual vacation and schedule Public Holidays off- in- lieu during off- peak periods
Ensure new associates attend hotel&039;s orientation program before commencing work in Spa or Gallery.
Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department&039;s Rperational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
Maximize sales of in- house facility, merchandise, and products through effective promotion for both Spa & Gallery.
Ensure that associates are hired according to the requirements and specifications for the appropriate position.
Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa & Gallery leave with a pleasant experience.
Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Spa areas at all times.
Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa & Gallery are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
Responsible and accountable for the Profit & Loss of the outlets.
To ensure stock control policy and procedure are strictly followed and monitor the accuracy of stock transfer RTV and other stock related documentation prepared by store and individual outlet.
Regularly update and improve training to reflect on current industry standards, trends and customers&039; expectations.
Introduce improvements and adjustment to ensure the facility is cost- effective and profitable.
Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division.
Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
Conduct inspection tours of the Spa & Gallery.
To ensure proper procedures between accounting and operations are executed in effective manner in the area of coordination.
Attend sales and promotional events as appropriate and as directed.
To conduct central store visit ensuring stock are being kept in organized manner, proper procedure and in sequence of structure order.
Entertain regular and potential clients.
To monitor stock replenishment, re- order procedure and ensure out of stock situation is eliminated.
Conduct periodical evaluation of associates&039; performance and take appropriate corrective measures for improvements.
Ensure all subordinates project a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.
Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter- personal skills.
Ensure facility is clean and well maintained at all times, including visual displays; and that service procedure, cleanliness and hygiene, repairs and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action when necessary
To plan BTG&039;s inventory and participates in inventory taking.
Build an efficient and productive team of associates by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development, and through effective counseling.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good in English language.
- At least 2 years experience as the relevant position.
- Able to enroll and complete projects on his/her own.
- Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality and very neat appearance.
- Good communication skill.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and self- motivated.
