Spa Receptionist

- Maintain a consistent high standard of spa customer service to all amanspa guest.- Ensure daily spa reception checklist regarding open / close the spa arerecording.- Ensure the spa arrival area is clean and well present set up by Aman spastandard, well prepare for spa welcome drink and spa refreshment.- Complete understanding about all the spa retail products and availableSpa menu services, all well-being services and other departments as well asother applicable services offered by Aman resort.- Ensure maximum spa treatment room and therapist occupancy at all timesand high standard service.- Recommend and provide spa treatment to Aman guest by effectively andindividual guest require.- Assist control spa retail product and guest amenities.- To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changingrequirements including the performance of any tasks requested of Amanguests.- Ensure punctuality, excellent grooming and hygiene.- Always project a positive Aman resort image.- Comply with all Amanresorts policies, procedures and standards.- Complete other duties as assigned by the Aman Spa Manager / Assist SpaManager /RM and GM
