Spa Receptionist

- Maintain a consistent high standard of spa customer service to all Aman spa guest
- Complete understanding about all the spa retail products and available Spa menu services, all well- being services and other departments as well as other applicable
- Ensure daily spa reception checklist regarding open / close the spa are recorded
- Ensure the spa arrival area is clean and well present set up by Aman spa standard, well prepare for spa welcome drink and spa refreshment
services offered by Aman resort
- To be flexible, respond quickly and positively to change requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of Aman guests
- Recommend and provide spa treatment to Aman guest effectively and individuality
- Ensure punctuality, excellent grooming and hygiene
- Comply with all Aman resorts policies, procedures and standards
- Ensure maximum spa treatment room and therapist occupancy at all times and high standard service
- Complete other duties as assigned by the Aman Spa Manager/ Assist Spa Manager
- Assist control spa retail product and guest amenities
- Always demonstrate a positive image of the resort
