Job Summary

•Spa Supervisor is responsible for serving our guests with provision of spa treatment in a courteous, gentle, charming and professional manner. To deliver a wellness experience that relaxes and rejuvenates our guests.

•Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Spa including receptionist and therapists. The Spa Supervisor will also perform the regular duties of the Spa Receptionist and Therapist when needed, to ensure total guest satisfaction.

•Prompt and courteous delivery of all services maintain positive image through all areas of guest contact and through cleanliness of guest areas. Bring into effect the superior product and service expected for our guests in accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the Hotel

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in 5 stars hotel spa operations
