• Be fully conversant with Spa services and facilities to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up- sell Spa services and Spa products.
• Replace soiled linen in the treatment rooms with clean one.
• Performs any other reasonable tasks as directed by the superior and responsibilities as assigned.
• To provide body massages, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures to spa’s guests.
• Responsible for the cleaning- up & operation of the Spa treatment room area under the direct management of Spa Supervisor.
• To ensure spa grooming standards are adhered to and maintain personal appearance and hygiene.
• Report for duty punctually, always wearing the correct uniform and nametag.
• To ensure guest comfort during the treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, sunlight, and music level.
• To contribute to the morale and team spirit of company by maintaining excellent work collaboration and relationships among associates within the company and resort.
• To prepare, clean and tidy spa premises.
• Accepts responsibility for, and to show initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objections, to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Has a complete understanding of the resort’s standards, policies, and procedures in respect to health, hygiene, and safety.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
• Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
• Check and clear all spa fresh materials in the preparation area on a timely basis.
• Attends briefings and meetings as requested.
• To check Spa Card carefully for specific instructions or guest requests
• Always enhances guest recognition by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional level.
• Refers major guest objections to immediate superior to prevent further guest dissatisfaction.
• To check and maintain product supplies at the beginning and end of each day.
• To check the following day’s appointments at the end of each day and to make necessary preparations accordingly.
• Attends all scheduled training, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours.
• Demonstrates co- operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.
• To report any guest comments or complaints to the Spa Services Supervisor as soon as convenient. In the absence of the Spa Services Supervisor, guest comments should be reported to the Director of Spa & Wellness.
• Conducts inspections of the Spa areas as directed.
