PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
Ensure a personal service is offered to agents in order to meet and exceed their expectations. The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator (SSM) is to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing, PSSM with the administrative task for Marketing. In addition, the role will cover the responsibility of translating to Spanish company documents, collaterals, itineraries, innovations and promotions. Roles and responsibilities including but not limited to the points below.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Translations
•Translate itineraries, text, documents, collateral, innovations, promotions and materials in detail for Product Department & Marketing purposes as needed
•Translate the content for destination banners, Website, TECS, PowerPoint Presentations & Docs Kit as needed
Marketing
•Develop annual marketing calendar for Latin America, Spain and Portugal
•Assist the marketing team with administrative and marketing-related matters
•Co-ordinate with other Departments within the company including Product, Contracting and Sales with producing new promotional packages and itineraries for individual markets/segments
•Prepare promotions (on and offline)
•Create monthly content for Newsletters/Press release for Latin America, Spain & Portugal
•Planning familiarization trips for business partners for Latin America, Spain & Portugal
•Create content for promotion trips and trade shows/travel materials of Southeast Asia countries
•Proofread materials before publication
•To write, research and/or edit product descriptions, destination information or other content or documentation as needed
•Prepare and update power points presentations for webinars training, agent training & country overview as needed
•Using Agile as essential email marketing tool
•Development of itineraries for promotions, FAM trips, brochures and website Setup appointments for tradeshows & other networking events via phone or e-mail
•Conduct presentations of TOI products, services, and destinations either in person or via webinar
