Specialist - R&D (New Material and Addictive)

Research and develop new materials, chemicals, packaging and products; improve and develop the technological process according to the trend of efficiency, convenience and safety; maintain the compliance with the technological process of beer production in the whole system.
- Propose research and development projects of new material, chemical, packaging, product and implement approved projects.
- Propose researches to improve production processes to improve productivity, reduce raw material and energy consumption and implement approved projects.
- Compile documentation on material standards, work instructions and implement technology transfer to production units for new materials, packaging, chemicals and products.
- Assisting the Management Board of the Corporation's Science and Technology Development Fund in the management and administration of Fund activities.
- Perform regular audit at Breweries in Sai Gon beer system.
- Managing compliance with technological processes, norms of raw material consumption of assigned breweries through production management software.
- Participate in handling technological problems.
- Participate in auditing new suppliers of raw materials, chemicals and packaging or periodic assessment
- Coordinate with other Divisions in the Technical Department to to transfer the technology and operation transfer of the fermentation
- Answer issues related to quality, hygiene and food safety criteria of export beer required by the Trading Company.
- Coordinate with Legal Department and Marketing Department to carry out information on product labeling and registration documents for conformity announcement for beer products.
- Verification of equipment configuration, PID diagram, design drawings and equipment installation of investment projects when assigned.
- Participate in organizing seminars, training course on technology, equipments of beer production and participate in teaching.
- Participate in training for staffs of new plants, new employees in Pilot Brewery (if any)

- University of Chemistry / Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Experiences in brewery: at brew house, fermentation & filtration plant, quality control. Having worked in the beer industry for 03 years.
- Good English both speaking and writing
- Good in MS Office and other technical software
