SQC Manager

1. Principle duties:
•Manage software quality of multi projects
•Enhance Quality Control process and tools
•Team Management
2. Responsibilities:
Manage software quality of multi projects
•Drive for quality control
•Assigns QC staff to test products delivered to Customers
•Monitors and controls quality control as QC plan
•Reviews quality results reported by staff
•Ensure products meet specific customer requirements.
•Recommends quality improvements
Enhance Quality Control process and tools
•Implements and Improves quality control process
•Maintain Bug Tracker tools.
•Stay updated for new test methods and tools
Team management
•Recruits and evaluates team members
•Promotes team mentality to increase productivity
•Training and Coaching team members
•Develops Job Description, and competencies for team
Other tasks as assigned by Head of QM.

*** Education:
-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
*** Technical skills and experience:
•Good knowledge of testing principles and Software Testing
•Good know-how of Testing Strategy, Testing Process, and Testing techniques
•Good knowledge of Software development
*** Soft-skills:
•Good at English
•Problem solving
•Documentation skill
•HR management: motivational, recruitment, coaching, evaluation.
*** Minimum Experience:
4-5 years’ experience in software testing
2 years’ experience as Test lead
