Responsible for managing the overall function of the store to successfully deliver store’s KPIs. To enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, manage staff effectively and taking care of the day to day operations of the store and ensures max store profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management
•Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales
•Communicate goals, sales plans, and sales results to employees in the field
•Monitor sales target by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
•Analyze sales and do the action plan and ensure team is well communicated
•Coordinate and support company activities to drive sales
•Plan for promotion and sales target achievement with superior
2. Responsible for cost control at the company level
•Manage monthly and annually budget that received from superior
•Communicate goal, cost control plan and results to employee in the field
•Define and control the factors to achieve the target
3. Inventory management
•Monitor store inventory by weekly basis as company KPI
•Communicate budget, inventory control plan and results to employee in the field
•Ensure inventory is always accuracy by strictly comply to Operations Inventory Procedure such as Gap Check, Cycle Count, Stock Adjustment and Stock Take
4. Store document management
•Prepare and monitor subordinates' work on the document in accordance with Operations Procedure/Guidelines, such as sales recording, money depositing, goods ordering/ receiving /returning and writing off
•Review the principles and practices of the Operation Manual, ensuring that all staffs are able to follow correctly
•Introduce and support the documentation required by the company to staff
•Action plan is in place and ensure
•Prepare a weekly roster for the staff team is well communicated
5. Analyze store performance (Store Operating Profit)
•Analyze performance from Store Operating Profit report (SOP) with superior
•Action plan is in place
6. Meeting and communicating
•Attend Operations meeting such as Store Manager Meeting to acknowledge company strategy, policies, goals, performance and so on
•To do internal store meeting/communicating with team to ensure employee know goals, KPIs, store performance, news, action plans and so on
7. Collaborate with other departments to support work or solve problems
•Collaborate with other departments to support store team in order to improve sales, improve productivities, work effectively and efficiency, deliver better services or to solve problem
9. People management and people development
•Work with HR to close turnover gap
•Do exit interview for all resigned staff
•Manage duty roster effectively
•Introduce and teach staff of work skills, services, and periodic follow-up
•Supporting and developing the staff with related departments
10. Performance review
•Analyze KPI results for each half year and annual
•Analyze the defects and correct them for any non-performance
•Evaluate the subordinates half year and end year
•Advise and comment for subordinators’ improvement
11. Maintain store standard and merchandise standard
•Maintaining store arrangement standards follow by VAS
•Check and maintain working standards follow by Operations Manual
•Store asset and equipment are in good condition
•Plan, manage, and store arrangement for the promotion by follow promotion guideline
•Merchandise are displayed properly following store Planogram
