Storekeeper – Thanh Hóa

Perform general activities of the warehouse including receiving, issuing, taking deliveries, conducting stock counts, stock control of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels to the HOD.
- Allocate works to store assistants, forklift operators and outsourced workers and supervise them to make sure the works are being implemented correctly and effectively.
- Take physical stock count once a month to cross check with the monthly inventory report.
- Ensure goods are properly stored and kept in the first in first out method (FIFO).
- Directly participate in warehouse activities such as goods receipt, issuance, taking deliveries.
Record warehouse transactions and post the data into the inventory management system.
- Ensure the warehouse transactions are timely recorded and properly documented.
- Input the data into the inventory management system on a timely basis.
Keep the storage clean and tidy, adhere to all Health and Safety requirements & internal procedures.
- Assure the good hygiene and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Make sure the tidiness and well organization of items in the warehouse.
Make reports, raise any non-compliance to the HOD, and do other tasks assigned by the HOD.
- Make daily & monthly reports as per procedures.
- Do additional tasks assigned and directed by the HOD.
- Report any non-compliance & abnormality to the HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience: At least 2 years&039;s experience in a similar position in international companies.
Gender: Male
Educational Level: University graduated, majored in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
Qualifications:
- Honest
- High sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skill and time management skill.
- Good command of English language in both writing and speaking.
- Competent with Microsoft office application: Word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Be organized and punctual.
Skill:
- Basic knowledge of Warehouse management and material control process
- Understand about SAP system
