Mô tả công việc

Partner Identification and Engagement:
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage these partners, building strong relationships and establishing credibility.
Proactively identify and research potential strategic partners (global agencies, big brands, tech companies, etc.) that align with our company&039;s strategic goals and target market.
Sales and Negotiation:
Lead sales efforts for strategic partnerships, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for strategic partnerships.
Develop compelling value propositions that highlight the mutual benefits of collaboration for both parties.
Partnership Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Develop and manage ongoing relationships with strategic partners, ensuring successful execution of collaborative projects and campaigns.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify potential new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to digital marketing.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Demonstrated track record of success in closing high- value deals and building strong partnerships.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies:
Strategic thinking and problem- solving skills.
Results- oriented and self- motivated, with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure win- win agreements.
