Strategic Sourcing Supervisor

Job purpose:
- Seeking, developing and sourcing new vendor
- Saving cost
- Diversifying material source with competitive price
Main duties:
- Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies to management
- Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies.
- Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
- Sourcing new and backup vendors
- Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends.
- Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships.
- Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.

- Have experience with ERP system
- At least 3-year experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics and/ or strategic sourcing.
- Standard negotiation and contracting skills. Medium level of commercial acumen.
- FMCG background is a plus.
- Certification in Commercial, Business Administrations or relevant field is a plus.
- Good at English (Oral & Written)
- Bachelor Degree
- Organization, hard working person.
- Attention to details; Result oriented
- Able to perform and work under pressured environment.
- Good at MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

12 day/year, will be offered 1 more day after every 12 month
