Student progress and class booking
Monitor assigned students’ progress proactively and ensure the students have the classes booked for them to reach their learning goals
Follow the school guidelines with respect to booking best practices and coordinate with the CHoT to request adjustments to the schedule when needed
Meet assigned students at pre-defined touchpoints according to the CFP
Follow-up and ensure that the students attend the classes they have booked
Prepare a study plan for each student
Take turn in the speaking center to support the students conducting their multimedia lessons
Understand each individual learner’s psychology and tailor your teaching skills accordingly to provide guidance to students that is personalized to their needs
Social classes and event conceptualization and delivery
Inform and invite students about upcoming events that are relevant to the student interests
Participate to the conceptualization, preparation, and execution of center events online or in-center
Plan and teach social classes to drive student engagement in the center or online
Student experience
Capture students concerns or feedback when raised, escalate to Customer Experience management when necessary and follow-up on resolution to ensure students satisfaction with the school
Support the school management to capture structured feedback, such as surveys, when requested
Take center tours turns to maintain a total English learning environment, a clean and orderly center, as well as compliance to the school rules and regulations for the students
Always behave in a professional manner with the student community
Internal Revenue
Conceptualize events that will contribute to the IR channel with Sales and Teaching teams
Ensure that end of course appointments are rigorously conducted with students ending their contracts in line with the procedures in place
Support external channels revenue generation with the delivery of demo classes upon request from the Sales team in line with the policies and procedures in place
Encourage students to invite referrals prospects to the center events
Build and maintain a close relationship of trust with the Educational Consultant to collaborate on Internal Revenue opportunities from students
Proactively share information with the EC team about the students that are subject for contract renewal or prone to refer prospects to contribute to the center target achievement
