Leadership and development of Submat team
• Directly report to related supervisors.
• Create and implements new Submat strategies
• Monitors KPIs of Submat team
• Reviews cost/price and schedules
• Ensures robust processes and documentation such as procedures, work instructions, Submat reports are implemented and maintained
• Leading sub-project which is given by superior, and any other tasks as required under major accountabilities
• Responsible for leadership and development Submat team
• Provide clear direction to team members and supply chain.
Order handling
Being responsible to investigate and report on process to drive towards efficiency and effectiveness, as part of the continuous improvement process.
Preparing report and planning relevant KPI’s
Seasonal reviews with vendors/supply chain partners on performance.
Coordinating Production and QA to control quality with minimal impact to supply chain planning and production
Identify problems with solution.
Planning, issuing, following up purchased order and distribution orders in consideration of the upstream and downstream requirements to ensure that scheduled delivery dates are met with target and accuracy confirmation date in eSCM system
Keep track of respective sub-com
Minimizing obsolete stock to reduce scrap cost. Review and manage material scrap activities
Following up on claim related to discrepancy in price, quantity & quality
Determining and analyzing the demand in terms of the right quantity, quality and time while taking actions and collaborating with supply chain planning to minimize the impact to the production schedule and customer
- Responsible to control and protect company&039;s assets.
- Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
- Always ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation.

• University degree.

• Good knowledge of safety stock, forecast, inventory control ...
• Soft skills: Planning, negotiation, communication, supplier management
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Well command in Word, Excel & Microsoft Outlook
• Familiar with Power Query, SQL, Power BI, RPA, VBA is a plus.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of the supply chain from concept to consumer. Have experience developing supply chain capability and talents.

• Strong analytical skills with ability collect, organize, analyze, model and interpret data.
