• Candidates who had entered the Assessment Center round – Management Trainee or Graduate Engineering / Sales Talent at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam will be not eligible for this year program
• GPA (Grade Point Average): above 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent
• Fresh graduates (Bachelor/Master’s degree from all backgrounds) or graduates with maximum 1-year experience
• Leadership potential
• Honest, proactive, innovative, self-motivated
• English fluency and computer literacy
• Vietnamese nationality
• Result oriented, collaborating, influencing & innovating
