• Solves the overdue lists together with the production and supply department;
• Controls the way in which the work instructions are observed by the subordinates for the good development of the activity;
• Organizes, coordinates and verifies the activity of the people in the department;
• Executes other dispositions given by the hierarchical superiors in the realization of the short-term strategies of the department, within the limits of the observance of the legal basis;
• Collaborates with various departments (warehouse, technical, production, quality) to solve problems;
• Provides constructive feedback to employees and advises them in the sense of encouraging communication on both sides, as well as team collaboration;
• Evaluates the activity of subordinate staff and makes proposals for motivation, sanctioning, promotion, etc.
• Provides support to employees for solving various problems, manages labor disputes, ensures contact with the Human Resources Department for the exchange of necessary and requested information and documents
• Determine the priorities for the modules that are urgent, follow the stage in which they are in the KS, VK sectors, plan their priority installation, so that they can be delivered on time by the client;
• Analyzes, verifies and solves quality complaints;
• Processes daily order lists of modules;
