Supervisor Management Accountant

The Supervisor Management Accountant position is accountable for internal reports management, financial accounting closing, internal control including the supporting other functions within the position skills/knowledge, and the ongoing development and monitoring of accounting systems designed to preserve finance department to achieve its goals.
- Management of financial investments & cash flow.
- Responsible for bad debts provision.
- Develop the budget revenue and expenses models.
- Analysis reports as required to support for management decision.
- Follow up with sale regarding to accounts receivables.
- Cut-off controls, closing check list.
- Communicate budget, forecast to system.
- Responsible for monthly finance reporting to Head Office.
- VIC follow controls, voucher inventory check. Reimbursed vouchers destroy observation.
- Check for appropriate of business expenses claim documents.
- Controls testing.
- Enhance controls by providing alternative control process.
- Develop controls processes and implement the control processes.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Partially in charge of company budget and forecast.

- Minimum 7 years experience in Finance with at least 5 years for an international company (ideally financial services or other B2B in a highly transactional environment).
- Understanding of Accounting information systems and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Good analyzing skills, planning and project management skills.
- General knowledge of accounting and taxation, IFRS GAAP, orientation in cash flow management and controlling methods.
- Statutory and tax reporting.
- Have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a minimum level of written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s in Finance as minimum.
