Supplier Development Engineer (Camera Module)

Inspection, measurement, tester validation and qualification through MSA.
New supplier audit, evaluation and training & qualification.
Develop Camera Module manufacturing & Test process / equipment / materials for FOL (Front Of Line) and EOL (End Of Line).
Responsible for developing DOEs, Statistical Process Analysis, process specification, D/PFMEA and process control plan.
Take lead to improve suppliers‘ quality performance and develop key suppliers and introduce new suppliers according to supplier management strategy.
Responsible for Failure analysis, Corrective actions and Yield improvement.
Develop new manufacturing process / equipment / material for Camera module related components.
Work with cross-functional team to overall manage suppliers&039; quality and project development and management.
Provide technical leadership in resolving any process or test related issue;
Process capability analysis, validation, improvement and qualification.

Experience in camera component and module manufacturing process.
Excellent communication and coordination skill.
At least 8 years work experience in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering and supplier quality management.
Good logic thinking, quality knowledge and process methodology.
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electro-Mechanical or equivalent practical experience.
Good English written and oral skill.
