Supplier Engineer

- Visiting vendor facilities and observing the manufacturing environment to review and assess their procedures.
- Reviewing our manufacturing specifications to identify materials needed for production.
- Reviewing incoming supplies and products from vendors to check for defects and ensure quality.
- Other tasks required by Manager
- Performing regular quality control audits to ensure vendors continue to work in compliance with company and federal standards.
- Providing technical advice and guidance to suppliers to reduce defect rates.
- Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws.
- Serving as a liaison between our company&039;s senior management and the vendors to identify quality issues and come up with solutions.
- Conducting tests and assessments on products to identify quality issues.

Expriences:
• Expriences in procurement for manufacturing company is an advantage.
•Preferred experiences in a electrical & mechanical design or in product implementation, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Using design sofwares (Solidworks, Auto CAD 2D & 3D).
Knowledge and skill
•Strong communication & negotiation skills.
•Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English is plus
•Knowledge of purchasing/ payment and delivery policies processes, and procedures.
