Supplier Quality Engineer

Help the supplier to improve quality
Perform supplier evaluation, the preferred choice of manufacturers
Review and discuss the achievement of quality goals and improvement actions
Perform Quarterly assessment for suppliers
Establish good and clear WI for material specification
Follow up the material complaints from production line and take corrective actions
Implement supplier of rewards and punishment measures
Issue 8D Report and follow up its improvement in a timely manner
Check and confirm the non-conformance issue.
Perform annually assessment for suppliers
Perform the routine audit and special audit
Confirm and check Incoming material inspection result, handle the abnormality
Arrange daily IQC work according to production feeding demand
Host supplier MBR, QBR meeting
Validate and control supplier process change and material change
Handle the abnormal material verify the effectiveness
Review daily incoming inspection report
Accept the proposal and suggestion from IQC inspectors, handle the rational suggestion and feedback to manager for things out of dutyDrive supplier set up high quality assurance team

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years related experience (supplier quality or quality engineering) preferably in the automotive business
Knowledge of quality inspection and quality assurance techniques, theories, principles and drawings
Experienced in supplier quality assessment, supplier development
Have a good systematic thinking, analysis skill and adhere to data driven approach
Computer Skills about MS
Knowledge of quality system requirements for ISO/TS16949. Internal quality auditor, lean is a plus
Knowledge about Composites
Good in process & statistical control and familiar with various sampling plans
