Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Extensive contacts externally with customers and internally with related parties to sanitize the demand trend and support any unexpected drop-in.
Perform exemplary OPD responsibilities, order fulfillment, CSL (OTD), maximizing revenue goal.
Set up KPI system and measurement to drive high performance.
Prepare reports as required and organize / attend meetings related
Monthly report actual sales / containers against FC, OTD reports, E&O report
Join in MPS review meeting, capacity review and escalate any risks.
Forecast analysis to drive demand stability and minimize material surplus.
Join in regular new project meeting and ECN meeting
Prioritize customers / products with queue up strategy.
Responsible to coach, monitor daily operation of department staff to sustain a highly effective OPD team and achieve high level customer satisfaction.
Finetune department process to best fit the requirement
Weekly review with teammate for order status and provide options for past due POs

Yêu cầu công việc

University degree
A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
Good level written and spoken English. Good speaking & reading in Chinese is preferred.
Able to work effectively
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
At least 5 year experience in OPD / customer service area

Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year
