Supply Chain Executive (Major F&B Restaurant experience)

- Participate to the inventory process and maintain reports relevant to cost of sales
- Manage contract administration, including hard and electronic storage of contracts by department.
- Negotiate price for assigned food categories and conducts cost analysis to make recommendations through the approved process in coordination with chefs selection.
- Maintain an inventory of general store, dry items and beverages
- Ensure accurate administration of all invoices, and adherence to proper bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards as specified in the brand guidelines.
- Communicate with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Prepare the reports for the chief accountant as required.
- Manage and resolve product supply issues within the supply chain.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent in Excel.
- High morale and honesty
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of local market.
- Having 2 – 5 years’ experience in a purchasing or category management preferably in restaurant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of related college education and experience.
- Strong negotiating and organizational skills.
- Good command in both spoken and written English.
