Supply Chain Management And Purchasing Director

To set the policy and principles of supply chain management and purchasing with the Company Board of Directors and Tan Chong Group
To manage the operations adopting best practices in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, warehousing and employing qualified people, systems and technologies.
To ensure that the departments consistently apply the Group’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and Anti-Bribery policies across all business dealings with external parties.
To develop Company supply chain management and purchasing strategy in conjunction with the Company management to ensure deliverables according to Company business plan.
Liaise with other Tan Chong Group supply chain/purchasing professionals of information sharing and develop group-wide standards
Participate as a member of the Company Board of Directors.
To develop and ensure adherence to Company supply chain, purchasing and procurement policies and procedures in line with Tan Chong Group guidelines.
To monitor macro-market trends for key commodities, services and be aware of developments in key suppliers and customers through effective supplier and customer relationship management.
To develop & retain a team of talented professionals able to support the businesses current and expected needs.
To develop relevant KPIs to ensure performance of the departments with added emphasis on business ethics and cost efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Excellent negotiating and communicating skills.
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
 International business experience
 Strong fluency in English.
 Member of an internationally recognized SCM/Procurement professional body.
 Minimum 10 years of Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Procurement experience in automotive services or equivalent.

- Global awareness of supply chain management trends and issues with strong knowledge and skill in purchasing-related matters, strong business ethics, and good understanding of legal contracts.
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions, suggesting conclusions or approaches to problems

- Working time:
+ From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
+ Saturday : 7:30 am – 11:30 am
